Orders and Shipping
FREE UK Tracked Shipping with Hermes can take anywhere from 1-5 days depending where you are in the country.
UK Next Day Delivery with Royal Mail arrives before 1pm the following day if ordered between Monday – Thursday.
International Tracked Shipping can take 1-2 weeks.

If you have already placed an order please get in touch with us ASAP and we can change your address before shipment.

If you have provided a correct email address you will receive an email with your tracking details. Please check your spam as sometimes they can get lost in there.

No we do not store any card details. This means you will have to re enter your card details each time you order.
Currently we only ship to countries in the UK. Please contact us if you are an international customer.
Stealth Option at checkout means we will take the seeds from their original packaging and send disguised.
There will be no indication on the box or customs label as to what is inside.
The customs label will state the value is less than £15 so you do not incur a charge on arrival in your country.
This is why we are unable to offer refunds for packages seized by customs.

As we sell seeds as souvenirs only we are unable to offer a refund for seeds that have been germinated.
We are more than happy to accept returns of items that have not been opened within 30 days of purchase.
